AAU CARES: North Carolina Track Club Gives Back

KANNAPOLIS, NC (October 18, 2018) - The season of AAU Cares continues in North Caorlina.  AAU track's Carolina Cardinals Optimist Club in conjunction with Samaritan's Feet, a  nonprofit organization that "shares a message of hope and love through washing the feet of impoverished children around the world and adorning them with new shoes" ran a Back to School Giveaway back in August.

Due to generous dontations from those in the community and t-shirts, wristbands and backpacks from AAU Track and Field national chair Charles 'Coach O' Oliver, students were provided supplies needed for the start of the school year. 

Thanks to everyone who dontated their time, money or materials to the supply drive.
