How To Qualify: AAU Junior Olympic Games
Option 1:
Step 1: District Qualifer

The top sixteen (16) finishers in each individual ,relay and multi-event shall advance from the District Qualifier to the Regional Qualifier. Competitors shall only advance from the District Qualifier in to the Regional Qualifier in the events that they actually competed and qualified at the District level. Districts may be granted a waiver from conducting a District qualifying meet by the AAU Track and Field Executive Committee if petitioned by the District Sport Director.
Step 2b: Host Regional Qualifer (The region where the AAU Junior Olympic Games is taking place this year)

Additional Qualifying Opportunities:
The top eight (8) finishers in each event and each age division qualify from the AAU Primary National Championships (combined results), AAU Club Championships, and AAU West Coast National Championship to the AAU Junior Olympic Games.
